Where to check / fix any inconsistent path mapping in Eclipse PDT

This has happened me more than one time now ... so I better check that this one is correct, next time I got problems with breakpoints not taking:

Window > Preferences > PHP > PHP Servers > (Mark the one you have) > Edit > Path mapping
